Not sure this was asked....why isn't there any email notice for replies to threads? I check the box that says to notify me when reply is posted which I thought was to email the notice, is this wrong? is there a way to get the email notices?

Yes you should be able to recieve email notices...

But only on the threads that you have posted in

When you post on the next thread ..below the message body is a list of items ..make sure you have clicked on Notify me when a reply is posted...

Or if you want be notified of replies to a topic, but you don't want to have to post in it, click the link at the bottom of the thread (right below where the buttons for "New Topic" and "Post Reply" are) where it says "Watch this topic for replies".


However, there are times where the Php board itself hiccups and stops sending Topic Reply Notifications. There is nothing that can be done about that, other than check to be sure you have all the settings correct. If your settings are correct in your profile, then you just have to wait it out. They will start back up again.
Unfortunately, the Administrator cannot do anything about it.

I have the button pushed to receive email notification and only on rare occasion do I get that email and it usually coincides with getting a pm. I have checked my spam file someone mentioned for me to do and nadda. If its a glitch thats good to know, I do go to watched topics to see the newest there so since this board isn't too big its much easier to keep track of things! Thanks for letting me know.
